Adventure 2017 - Road trip Las Vegas, Monterey (Laguna Seca), Las Vegas

James and I had another great driving adventure this summer with an RV trip from Las Vegas, Nevada to Monterey, California.  We drove out to Monterey for the World Superbike Championship race at Laguna Seca.  We had an absolute great time.

We drove through the Mojave Desert - AC couldn't keep us cool and the windows open was too brutal.

We went to watch the World Superbike Championship at Laguna Sega.

We went to spend the day in Monterey, beach and good food.

And then Finally, race day.

Gordon Ramsay Pub in Las Vegas - Delicious!

Biffy Clyro Live in Montreal

Last Sunday, I was able to cross off yet another item on my Bucket List.  I saw Biffy Clyro Live!! and in Montreal.  What a lucky person I am.  :)

My only regret is that I froze when I saw them and was unable to speak.  There they were, sharing my street corner and I just froze.  I have so much to say, how much I love their music, how glad I am that they came to Montreal, etc... and all I did was smile and stare.  It took me a long time to pull out my phone and snap the picture, I was just so in shock.

I then shook like a leaf, called my son James in Toronto (he had seen them the night before) and told him what had just happened.  And then, I went to eat some of the best tacos I have ever had.

And then the show started!  The crowd went wild (I would guess less than 500).  I snapped this picture and I just love it so much, that smile on Simon's face, pure pleasure :)

They were so full of energy.  It was beautiful.
It was so nice to be surrounded by fellow Biffy lovers, not something I had experienced before.  We sang, we cheered, we sent our love.  It was awesome.

A very special moment for me was during Many of Horror.  The crowd was singing ever so softly along with Simon, it was so amazing.  I had chills.  I cannot imagine how they felt to hear that.
