2013

What a year!  I have done so much, experienced so much, many firsts, some seconds and thirds, and maybe learnt a little in the process too.  All-in-all, it has been a wonderful year.

I am looking forward to 2014 and hope to find and experience even more. :)

Is Romance Dead?

I can't help but wonder what has happened to romance?  Where did it go?  Why are we not courting and romancing each other?  People are just running from one relationship to another, never seeming to take the time to first get to know each other, to court each other, learn to respect each other.

Bang in 2013

Okay, so 2013 started off with a bit of a negative bang - phone line automatically calling 911 with OPP officers showing up at my door, satellite dish and internet taken down due to ice sheets sliding off the roof, tin being ripped off the roof, siding being torn off the garage when the antenna got bent due to ice, hot water pipe freezing in the -32 weather... but you know what?!  I am still super, super happy.  I love my job at HGH ER department and am still super happy of my decision to leave Ottawa, and I am having fun as much as I can.
